Thomas M. Kernan – Mr. Kernan, an associate of the Firm, practices in the areas of commercial litigation, land use litigation, civil litigation, administrative law, real property, and estate administration. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Kernan served as a Senior Court Attorney at the New York State Court of Appeals and a law clerk in the Albany County District Attorney’s Office. Mr. Kernan received his law decree from Albany Law School of Union University, from which he graduated summa cum laude and for which he was named Salutatorian of his graduating class. Mr. Kernan also served as Director of the Law School’s Moot Court Program. He received his undergraduate degree from Bard College, from which he graduated with highest honors.
