Litigation
The Firm appears
for clients in all federal and state trial
and appellate courts. A guiding principle
of our litigation department is the economic
resolution of complex legal problems. We focus
on objective risk/reward analysis and strive
for a timely and cost effective outcome. Our
attorneys are trained and experienced litigators
who will not hesitate to go to trial when
it is economically or philosophically appropriate
to do so. The litigation department has particular
expertise in matters relating to the challenge
and/or defense of governmental actions, New
York State procurement litigation and construction
litigation.
