Gregory A. Mountain – Mr. Mountain, an associate of the Firm, focuses his practice in the areas of general corporate transactions, commercial and residential real estate and loan transactions, land use, commercial and civil litigation. Mr. Mountain received his law degree from Albany Law School of Union University, from which he graduated cum laude, and he received his undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Oswego. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Mountain was general counsel at Mercer Companies, a hydroelectric power generation and real estate development firm based in Albany.
