We have also represented clients in extensive litigation involving failure to perform and breach of contract, lien law and payment bond claims, delay claims, claims for change orders and extras, claims for unanticipated subsurface conditions, differing site conditions, design professional errors and omissions actions, performance bond and indemnity agreement matters, and administrative hearings pertaining to prevailing wage rates.
